Participation and Commission Terms Your Story, My Music · Manda Studio Prod. 2026-10-24-final-1 · Final version — terms approved by the operator on 24 October 2026. Operator and project Manda Studio Prod. is the trade name of Daniel Baeder, a sole proprietor in Japan (個人事業主), not an incorporated legal entity. Manda Studio Label is the label used for releases. Contact: daniel@danielbaeder.com. Your Story, My Music is a personalized music creation experience based on stories, memories, ideas or lyrics. Plans and prices in JPY Plan 1: ¥2,000, creation and delivery of a personalized song as audio. Plan 2: ¥5,000, personalized song and performance during a Daniel live stream; previously approved audio and video files remain included. Plan 3: ¥10,000, Plan 2 services and performance video; retains a collaborative LIVE of up to one hour, with audio and video delivered by link. The LIVE is for TikTok Super Fans and other Super Fans may watch; it is not a private broadcast for one purchaser. The date is agreed in advance. Plan 4: ¥40,000, all Plan 3 services, preparation and commercial release of the recording through Manda Studio Label. Creation and rights in materials Production may use instruments, recordings, arrangements, software and AI tools. Copyright protection depends on actual creative contributions and applicable law. An idea, theme or story does not automatically confer co-authorship. Elements actually created by Daniel belong to him to the extent provided by law. Participants retain the rights that legally belong to them in their original contributions. Supplying lyrics does not automatically transfer or assign a percentage of the entire composition. Permission for lyrics and materials Participants declare that they hold the necessary rights and disclose quotations, co-authors and third-party materials. They authorize uses needed to create, adapt, set to music, record and perform their contribution for the purchased service and, for Plan 4, distribute the recording. This permission does not automatically transfer ownership. Adjustments to fit the music will respect the intended message and applicable permissions. Unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory or infringing requests may be declined. Plan 4: 60% / 40% of net recording revenue Only where the participant’s original lyrics are actually used in a Plan 4 release, net commercial revenue from the master recording is split 60% to Daniel Baeder / Manda Studio Label and 40% to the participant lyricist. Net revenue means amounts actually received from platforms or distributors after their fees and withholdings. Ordinary operating expenses covered by Daniel’s 60% share will not be deducted again from the lyricist’s share. An idea or story alone, without an original copyright contribution actually used, does not automatically qualify for 40%. Rights and revenue are distinct The 60% / 40% split concerns commercial recording revenue. It does not automatically transfer rights in lyrics, composition or the master, or automatically split royalties collected by collective management organizations. Lyric adoption and revenue actually received must be recorded. Earnings or payouts without received revenue are not promised. Statements and payouts Accounting starts after completion of the song and commencement of commercial exploitation. Statements will be issued semiannually and show amounts received, intermediary fees and withholdings, and the lyricist’s 40% share. Payouts are semiannual, based on revenue actually received, once the accumulated balance due to the participant reaches at least US$100 (United States dollars). Lower balances carry forward without forfeiture of the share. For revenue in other currencies, including JPY, the threshold is converted using the provider’s effective exchange rate at the semiannual accounting date, recorded in the statement. Ordinary operating expenses covered by the 60% share will not be deducted again. Payout information is collected securely only when needed. A statement will be made available to the participant for every semiannual accounting period, including when the balance is below US$100 or no payout occurs. The full amount below the minimum carries forward to the next half-year without loss of accrued rights. Release, credits and privacy Release is included in Plan 4 and the necessary permissions form part of these terms; no second contract is required. Before release, participants may check the title, spelling of their artist name and credits. Planned credit, where applicable: Daniel Baeder feat. [participant artist name]. Platform approval and publication dates are not guaranteed. Daniel may perform the song in the purchased live streams. Promotional use of personal stories, images, names or identifiable data requires appropriate permissions; privacy preferences will be respected. Participants may listen to and share the delivered file for personal purposes, subject to applicable rights. Schedule and delivery Estimated delivery is 1–2 weeks after payment confirmation and receipt of necessary information; production may take up to 30 days depending on the order queue. LIVE dates are arranged separately. For Plan 4, production completion is distinct from publication: distribution and platform review require additional time, without a guaranteed exact date. Included audio and video will be delivered by link to the supplied contact. Payment and confirmation Prices are in JPY. The selected plan is paid for at contracting, after the final summary, these terms and the policies are displayed. The commission payment is separate from potential revenue payouts. Payment requires provider confirmation; returning from checkout does not prove payment. Prices are final service totals, with no additional fees charged by the operator to the buyer. Cancellation and refunds Before production actually begins, customers may cancel for a full refund. After production starts, ordinary commercial terms do not allow cancellation solely for a change of mind, subject to mandatory consumer rights and other legal grounds. The production start must be recorded. Requests: daniel@danielbaeder.com, quoting the order ID. The full policy must also appear in the final summary and order confirmation. Acceptance, records and review One mandatory checkbox, initially unchecked, covers these terms and the Privacy Policy, including the chosen plan’s conditions. The Plan 4 60% / 40% notice forms part of the same acceptance. Order ID, language, plan, price, document versions and acceptance date/time are recorded, and a customer copy is provided. Material changes require the new version to be presented and renewed acceptance where applicable.
