Before production
Before production actually starts, cancellation is available for a full refund. Email daniel@danielbaeder.com with the order ID.
After production starts
Once production actually starts, ordinary commercial terms do not allow cancellation solely for a change of mind. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights, non-performance or other grounds under applicable law. There is no blanket no-refund clause.
Record and notification
The actual production start date and time must be recorded against the order and the customer informed. The request review and its outcome will be recorded.
Processing
Refunds due will be processed through a suitable method for the original payment, following provider procedures without restricting mandatory deadlines or rights. The customer will be informed of progress. A refund must not be marked completed without provider confirmation.
Display
This policy forms part of acceptance, the pre-payment summary and the order confirmation.
