Prices and charges
Plan prices: ¥2,000, ¥5,000, ¥10,000 and ¥40,000 in JPY. Benefits appear in the terms and project page. These four amounts are the final service totals, with no additional fees charged by the operator to the buyer.
Payment
At contracting, the selected plan is paid through Wix Checkout and PayPal. Available methods and final conditions are displayed before payment confirmation.
Service timing
Production is estimated at 1–2 weeks after payment confirmation and necessary information, and may take up to 30 days depending on the queue. LIVE dates are arranged. Plan 4 platform publication requires additional time and third-party approval, without a guaranteed date.
Cancellation and refunds
Full refund before production actually starts. After it starts, no ordinary change-of-mind cancellation, while mandatory consumer rights and other legal grounds remain protected. Requests go to the business email; production start must be recorded. Read the full policy before contracting.
Technical requirements
A valid email, internet access and a device compatible with delivered audio and video files are required.
