Information used
Full name, optional artist name, email, residence country, plan and price, story, music and language preferences, dedication, lyrics and rights declarations, privacy and credit preference, service language, acceptance records and order status. Additional payout information is collected only when necessary. Avoid sensitive information and unnecessary third-party personal data.
Purposes
Respond to inquiries; review materials and permissions; produce and deliver music; administer orders, payments, cancellations and potential revenue; provide statements; prevent fraud; evidence acceptance; and comply with legal obligations. Identifiable promotional use requires appropriate permissions and does not automatically follow from purchasing.
Wix, payments and providers
The flow uses Wix for hosting, forms, records, checkout and transactional emails, and PayPal for payments. Full card details are not stored on this site. Only necessary information is shared for disclosed purposes under applicable legal conditions. Delivery is by a link sent to the supplied contact. The participant will be informed of the delivery and distribution providers applicable to their commission.
International transfers and security
Providers may process data outside Japan. Relevant countries, recipients and safeguards must be identified before activation; any consent or additional disclosures required by Japanese law must precede the relevant transfer. General acceptance is not assumed to waive these requirements. Administrative access must be restricted and secure transmission and storage used.
Retention and rights
Data is retained only as long as necessary for production, support, accounting and legal obligations. Individuals may request information about purposes, access, correction, erasure or cessation of use within applicable legal limits through the business email. Identity is verified proportionately and securely.
Preferences and changes
Privacy preferences and artist names are recorded. Keeping a story private does not prevent necessary performances and credits expressly purchased and authorized. Additional promotional uses need appropriate separate permission. Cookies and Wix services must reflect actual configuration; optional features are not presumed consented to. Material changes will be notified and renewed acceptance obtained where required.
